However, as of March 2, SpaceX has not announced an official target launch date, and the mission is not listed on their online schedule. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved new flight paths for SpaceX to fly Starship, crucial for its upper stage to reach orbit and return to Starbase. The time between Starship Flight 11 and Flight 12 is unusually long, with the last launch in October 2025. SpaceX conducted five Starship flight tests in 2025, with the first three ending in disaster. However, the final two launches in August and October were successful.
